George Baker, for suffering a horse to wander at large, did not appear when nailed, and service of summons having been proved, was fined 20s and costs, or to be imprisoned 48 hours. He said he had purchased a new set, and sent them to be stamped. I had before cautioned him, and told him the law on the subject. To defendant: I did not weigh your bread. Defendant stated that he did not bake the bread, and had had it always weighed before obtaining it. Fined 40a. and costs.
