THE PAY.MFNT of the above Pensioners for the ensuing QUARTER will be made as follows, viz..-— Auckland —Friday, July 1, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Commissariat Office. Onehunga—Wednesday, July 6, at 11 a.m., at the Prince Albert Hotel. Otahuhu—Friday, July 8, at 9 a.m., at the Criterion Hotel. Drurv —Friday, July 8, at noon, at the farmers' Hotel. Panmure —Monday, Jidy 4, at 9 a.m., at the Panmure Hotel. Howick —Monday, Culy 4, at noon, at Mr. Crew's Hotel. Any Pensioners who may be unavoidably absent on the above days must apply on or before the 20th July, 1870, otherwise no payment will be made to them until the following Quarter. Tenders will be required for each work separately, and must be accompanied by a deposit of five per cent, on the value of the Tender, which will be returned in the event of the Tender not being accepted, but will be forfeited in the event of the Tender being accepted and the tenderer, refusing to sign the contract. Plans, Specifications, and forms of Tender may be seen, and further particulars obtained at the Public Works office, Auckland. The lowest or any Tender will not n« cessarily be accepted.
