THE PLANT consists of a 10 horse power Portable Engine, a Galvanised Iron Shed, one of Gibbons' double Machines, and two of Frazer's single ones, with Shafts, Belt*ing, Pulleys, and Scutching Machine, all complete. The whole is in good working order, and capable of producing from 12 to 1? tons of dressed flax per month. There is a large Store about 40 feet by 16 feet, and Mill 80 feet by 16 feet. ■ Also, 11 acres of bleaching ground, fenced in, and two comfortable Dwelling Houses, besides four Labourers' Cottages. The Mill site is freehold, with the right of cutting flax over about 5,000 acres of firstclass Flux Land, secured by lease. The Mill is conveniently situated, being about 16 miles from Point Russell, and 12 miles from the Waikato Coal Mines, the steamers passing four times weekly.
