FREEHOLD PROPERTIES FOR SALE:— FARMS. Splendid FARM of 1,000 acres, 28 miles eoutb of Auckland. There are upwards of 500 acres of the land iv rich pasture; the remainder is part fern and part bush. The Farm is well watered throughout, even in the dry est season. There is a splendid site for a residence 0.. the Farm. The whole Farm is really good land —126. FARM of 74 acres, at Penrose, 26 acres of which is cleared, and in rough grass. The land is volcanic, and will be sold very cheap—l2s.
