POLICE COURT.—This Day.
(Before J. S. Macfarlane, Esq., and J. B. Owen, Esq. J.P.s.) MASTERS AND SERVANTS ACT. Alfred Rolton was charged by Thomas Williams with a breach of the Masters and Servants Act, of 1865, in absconding from his hired service. The prosecutor desiring not to press the charge, the lad was cautioned and discharged.' lAKCBNY. ;•',. Edward OrooA was charged, that he, on the 22nd day of Juno, did feloniously steal and carry away from the Roman Catholic Church, in Wyndham-street, one communion cloth, of the value of 2s, and £1 3s V^d in cash, the property of the church. On the application of Inspector Braham, the case was remanded till Monday next. The Court then rose.
