Messrs. S. Cochrane and Son sold by auction, this morning, by order of the Supreme Court, the Royal Oak Hotel, in Cook-street, for £175. ' hi
A consignment of Honolulu sugars, per City of Melbourne, was Bold by auction this morning by Mr. S. Jones, at tbe following prices:—l3l kegs fine yellow crystals, CV. P., froni'-Sfdto 3|d ; 87 tegs ditto, M, 3fd ; 50 ditto, Gk, 3|d ; 50 bags ditto, Gr., 2id to 2|d. A few lines of teas, .ex Waverley, were offered, but buyers showed no disposition to operate. The same firm, disposed of candles> at 11 Jd; butter, 9d ; toba-cco, s|d.
