The Mill site is freehold, with the right of cutting flax over about 5,000 acres of firstclass Flax Land, secured by lease. The Mill is conveniently situated, being about 16 miles from Point Russell, and 12 milos from the Waikato Coal Mines, the steamers passing four times weekly.
