Mr. Q-. W. Binney offered by auction, this niornitig, about 700 mats of Company's sugar, but the bidding being very low none were Wold? Subsequently a small parcel was disposed of .privately. The villa and grounds at Mount Eden, at present occupied by Mr. J. C. Firth, was dffered; by auction, to-day, at Messrs. S. Cochrsm'e1 and Son's mart. The highest offer was £1200, and the property was consequently withdrawn.
