FBBIIOLD PBOPEBTIIS FOB SALE :— FAEMS, Splendid FARM of 1,000 acres, 28 miles south of Auckland. There are upwards of 500 acres of the land in rich pasture; the remainder is part fern and part bush. The Farm is well watered throughout, even in the drjest season. There is a splendid site for a residence on the Farm. The whole Farm is really good land—l 26.
