chic, Esq., J.P.s) DKONKENNEBS.
George Bound, William Fox, Henry Fagan, and W. Berry, were fined 5s and costs, or 24 hours' imprisonment ; and Henry Drum for a second offence was fined 10s and costs or 48 hours' imprisonment.
BREACH OF THE MEBCHANT SHIPPING ACT.
W. Lyall, master of the Inflexible," was charged with a breach of the above Act, and the case was, on application of counsel, further adjourned until Tuesday, the 7th instant.
