SUPREME COURT.-In Banco.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 1. (Before Sir G-. A. Arney, Knight, Chief

Justice)

His Honor sat this morning in Banco, and gave judgment in the case of the application of Robert Graham to the Native Lands Court, for an amended certificate for Kaueranga (14), upon which a writ of prohibition to the Native Lands Court was moved for Mr. Whit aker on behalf of Messrs. J. Lundon and F. A. Whitaker, opponents. His Honor proceeded ut great length through the affidavits and the arguments of counsel. He gave judgment against the rule nisi for prohibition upon all the grounds urged by the opponents of the application in the nature.

The rule was ordered to be discharged with casts.
