Wednesday. (Before T. Beckham, Esq., E.M.) APPLICATION FOB HE-HEARING. —SHAW AND CO. T. T. S. COPPOCK. This was an application for re-hearing of a case formerly heard in this Court. Mr. Beckham stated thai the affidavits submitted did not warrant him in disturbing the decision of the Court. BTISSELL V. PEERIKR. On this case being called, and the defendant not appearing, a warrant whs ordered to issue for his arrest. The defendant subsequently appearing, Mr. Hesketh for him, asked that he should not be put under arrest. His Worship stated th it he could not interfere, as Mr. Brookfield, counsel for plaintiff, had left the Court, and recommended the defendant to see Mr. JBrookfield at once. JUDGMENTS FOR PLAINTIFFS.
