ARRIVAL OF THE TAURANGA.

The fine steamer Tauvanga, Captrin Cellem, arrived in harbour from the Bay of Islands this morning, at half-past seven o'clock, having left the Bay at half-past four p.m. on the previous day. The p.s. Luna was passed off Bream Head. Fine weather, with a heavy S.E. sea was experienced by the Tauranga, and no vessels bound iv were seen on the coast.

Passengers :—Messrs. D. Williams, J. Busby, Busby, sen., Hickton, Captain Hington, Mr. and Mrs. E. G-. Norris, and 20 others. Caego.—2s head cattle, 120 sheep, Buckland j 4 tons gum, W. J. Hurst and Co. ; 38 boxes apples, L. W. Eaton ; 3 bags fruit, order.
