The Furnace is 62 feet long, with a Chimney 37 feet 6 inches high, and is covered in with a Galvanised Iron Building ; also, Offices, Manngcr's and Workmen's Houses, situated at Tookey's Flat, Grahamstown. The'allotment upon which it is erected is opposite the Golden Crown Claim, and there, is ample room for the erection of extensive quartz-cru-hing or other machinery. A lease for 10 years will be given at the nominal ground rent of £60 per annum. The Waiotahi Creek runs through the Allotment, with a never-failing supply of water.
