POLICE COURT.—Monday

(Before Or. M. Mitford Esq., and J. Naighton Esq., J.Ps.) DRUNKENNESS. Mary Ann Ingrain, Alexander "/filler, Margret Condron, James Kitney, ElizaKelly, and Thomas Crow, were fined ss. and cots for the above offence, and Thomas McCall, John Banke, and Albert "Yielding were finej 20s. and costs for being drunk and disorderly LARCENY. William Smith, was charged with steaing a watch value £4>, and a vest from the scboner Leonidas on the 14t,h inst., the propety of Capt. Norris. The owner of the watch was not in town, the prisoner was remandei for a week. Robert Hall was charged with stealin; one pair blankets, the property of one Carr. The prisoner pleaded guilty, .and this bein| his second offence he wus sentenced to 3 mdiths with hard labor. NON-PAYMENT OF HIGHWAY BATES. Thomas Johnson was charged with this I offence. Mr. MacCormiek appeared for the defendant, and asked for an adjournment until to-morrow, which was granted. The Court then rose.
