Bankruptcy.—Mr. Shaw was examined at length yesterday. The Court was of opinion that no such fraud had been proved as would justify it iv declaring that the execution of the deed of arrangement by the debtor was an act of bankruptcy. His Honor declared the deed duly executed. The other business wa3 of no interest.
