PRINCE OF WALES THEATRE.
There was an excellent house last evening for the farewell benefit of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Hull. The popular play of " Our American Cousin" was as successful as ever. Mr. Hall, as Asa Trenohard, fully sustained his previous reputation in that character. Mary Meredith (Mrs. J. L Hall) and Florence Trenchard (.Mrs, W. H. Newton) divided the honors, and were often applauded; they were also treated with boquets at the conclusion of the piece. The burlesque of " Faust,' went well To-night we are pleased to see the m amgement will again produce the " Comedy of Errors" and the burlesque of the "Field of the Cloth of Gold.
