We invite attention to a notice placed by Mr. George Rich, of Epsom, among our advertisements, by which it appears that he is about to establish himself as Veterinary Surgeon; and have likewise great pleasure in giving publication to the testimony which Mr. Miles, member forthe eastern division of the county of Somerset, has borne to Mr. Rich's experience.
