Special Meeting.
The special meeting to confirm the repeal of Ihe cattle by-laws was then held. Cr Rich .'moved—" That the resolution passed nt a'-special meeting held Bth Dec. last, and adopting a by-law to repeal clauses 41 and 42 of the Borough By-laws, be now confirmed." Seconded by Cr Brown and carried unanimously. The meeting then adjourned.
