The Public Trustee, in his corporate capacity, never dies, never LEAVES THE COUNTRY, and NEVER BECOMES incapacitated, thus avoiding the many inconveniences resulting from frequent fresh appointments of Trustees, necessitated by death, change of abode, or mental or bodily infirmity. 4th. Punctuality and promptitude in the remittance of periodical payments to beneficiaries under trust or will to any part of tho colony 01 elsewhere at which it may be desired that payment should be made. sth.
