The second inniugs of the A.C.C. was a much poorer display of cricket than the first, Hargreaves being the only one credited with double figures. All were disposed of for 46, Broderick's bowling was again most deadly, his analysis reading 12 overs and 3 balta, 8 maidens, 14 runs, 7 wickets. The second essay of the 8.8.C.C. was more unfortunate than the first, they being only able to put together 21 when the last wicket fell.
