W. Nalder. Will he sold in lots of about 50 acres each, to suit the convenience of purchasers. This land is well watered, and timbered with totara, pine, and other trees ; is easily accessible by the Government roads, has a beautiful northern aspect, and is well adapted for dairy farms.
