All that part of the Diocese lying north ol the Rakia, not included in the Central District, to be called the Northern District. All that part of the Diocese lying south of the Rakia, to be called the Southern District. All that part of the County of Westland included within the Diocese, to be called the Westland District. Each of the above districts is entitled to return one Representative. It is competent for any two members ot the Church resident in the district, whoso names have been registered on the Electoral Roll for 1882, to nominate in writing any person duly qualified under General Synod Statute JX.V., clause 4, who may be willing to be nominated as a candidate for the district for which the Election is to be held.
