A MEETING of this Club will bo held at the Akaroa and Wainui Road Board Office, Head of the Bay, on Saturday next, November 18th, at 11 a.m. JOHN BARWICK, Secretary. REGATTA COMMITTEE. THE District comprising tbe parishes of St, Michael • and All Angels, St. John the Baptist, and St. Luke the Evangelist, Christchurch j the parishes of Avonside,.Papanui, Merivale, Riccarton, Halswell, Heathcote, Lyttelton, Governor's B;iy, Akaroa, and the remainder of Banks Peninsula not included in the above named parishes ; The parochial districts of Addington, Phillipstown, Sydenham, and St. Albans to be called the central district. All that part of the Diocese lying north ol the Rakia, not included in the Central District, to be called the Northern District. All that part of the Diocese lying south of the Rakia, to be called the Southern District. All that part of the County of Westland included within the Diocese, to be called the Westland District. Each of the above districts is entitled to return one Representative. It is competent for any two members ot the Church resident in the district, whoso names have been registered on the Electoral Roll for 1882, to nominate in writing any person duly qualified under General Synod Statute JX.V., clause 4, who may be willing to be nominated as a candidate for the district for which the Election is to be held.
