FARMERS' PARCELS receive Special Attention. Every lot, whether large or small, is valued by Experts engaged for the purpose, and fully protected up to Market Rates. The charges on any Lots not sold are limited to ONE SHLLLING PER BALE to cover Receiving, Cataloguing, Offering, Storage, and Delivering. Ample accommodation will be provided for the Efficient Display of Every Lot. The ADVANTAGEOUS POSITION OCCUPIED BY THE COMPANY'S WAREHOJSES enables it to save clients the Cost of Cartage and Terminal Railway Charges. The Company has passing through its hands every year A LARGER QUANTITY OF NEW ZEALAND AND AUSTRALIAN WOOL, by many Thousand Bales than any other House n the Worl I, from which fact its capacity to deal with Consignments may be inferred. During the progress of the Wool Sales in London, FREQUENT TELEGRAPHIC ADVICES are received under cypher, stating the course of the market and the pries obtained for every desciption of Wool, which are immediately communicated to the Company's Constituents, account sales and remittances following with promptitude. ADVANCES ARE MADE ON A LIBERAL SCALE against Wool, either for sale here or in London ; or on Growing Clips under lien, free of commission. The position of the Company as the leading Wool House of Australasia may be shown by the following figures : — Bales. Shipments to London, 1881 ... 75,904 Sales in Melbourne, 1881 ... 21,259 Sales in New Zealand, 1881 ... 6,530 Making a grand total of ... 103,093 CHARGES ON PRODUCE ARE AS FOLLOWS :— WOOL.—Heceiving, delivering and classifying, 2s per bale, 6d per bag ; insurance, 6d per bale, 3d per bag ; cataloguing and advertising, 3d per bale ; commission, 11 per cpnt over £500, 2£ per cent under £500. SHEEPSKINS.—Receiving and delivering, Is per 50 ; commission, 2-| per cent. HlDES.—Receiving and delivering ; If salted in store, Is each $ green, 6d ; commission, 2£ per cent. GRAlN.—Receiving, delivering, and storage, under 4 weeks, 2d per bag • over 4 weeks and under 8 weeks, 3d per bag ; commission, per cent. TALLOW AND FAT.—Receiving and delivering, 6d per cwt; commission, per cent. Wool intended for sale at the Christchurch Wool and Grain Warehouses should be consigned to " The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company's Private Siding, Christchurch," and that intended for shipment should be sent to the Company's order, liyttelton, JOHN COOKE, Manager* E.
