Received September 21, 1.30 p.m. SYDNEY NEWS. Sydney, September 21. Rumors were current yesterday regard - ing alleged changes in the Ministry. They are now declared to be without foundation, or at least premature.
MELBOURNE NEWS,
Melbourne September, 21. Government has called upon Dr. Barker to resign his appointment on the Victoria Medical Board. Dr. Barker has given a categorical denial to the statement that lie attempted to procure an a ortion in the case of the late Mrs Stent, and demands a full enquiry into the chtrge.
