It has transpired that the English Government has stipulated to the Khedive that none of the leaders in the rebellion shall be executed Avithout the consent of England.
THE MILITARY CONVENTION,
CoNSTANTiNOi'LK, September 19. Lord Dufferin has sent a note to the Porte stiiing that in tho opinion of the English Government the proposed military convention is now needless.
