S2oa<l JBoard S«fif<'« AKAROA AND WAIXUI ROAD BOARD RATE NOTICE "XT"OTICE is hereby given, in terms _[_S| of section 40 of "The Rating Act, 1876," that the Akaroa and Wainui Road Board, at the meeting to be held on Saturday, the. 7th day of October next, intend to make a Rate of One Shilling in the £ on all rateable property in the said Rond District for the period ending the 31st day of March, 1883, and that the said Rate will become piiyable on the 7th day of November, 1882, in one instalment, at the Office of the said Hoard.
