To H»» $ol«l SPLENDID DAIRY FARMS. LE BON'S BAY, BANKS PENINSULA. FOR SALE BY TENDER. MESSRS MILES & CO. are . instructed by Mr John Smith to invite tenders from persons desirous of purchasing portions of his Lc Bon's Bay property. The estate contain? over 1000 acres of rich clearcd-bush land, a considerable portion being sown down with cocksfoot grass, and partly fenced, and, from its position and natural formation, is admirably adapted for cutting up into small grazing or dairy farms, water being abundant. There is a substantial, well-finished house of ten rooms, and all necessary outbuildings, on the property, the whole forming a most desirable estate. The advance in price of dairy produce, and the success attending the export of meat, tend greatly to enhance the value of these rich slopes and valleys of the Peninsula, unequalled as they are for grazing purposes, and favored with a delightful climate. Tenders may be for 50 acres or more. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Mr John Killer, of Le Bon's Bay, will show any one over the ground.
