There is a substantial, well-finished house of ten rooms, and all necessary outbuildings, on the property, the whole forming a most desirable estate. The advance in price of dairy produce, and the success attending the export of meat, tend greatly to enhance the value of these rich slopes and valleys of the Peninsula, unequalled as they are for grazing purposes, and favored with a delightful climate.
