CATTLE TRESPASS. 11. C. Jacobson, for having two head of cattlo wandering at large, was fined 5s and •costs. John Londergan, for having five horses wandering at large, was fined 5s and costs.. George Breilmeyer was summoned for having a bull at large on the Christchurch road. Ownership denied, and case adjourned for evidence till Friday, 18th inst, Donation Libeau, for furious driving was fined 40s and costs.
