PARLIAMENTARY
(From our own Correspondent.) Wellington, July 27. Everything is very quiet hero after the breeze in the House on Tuesday. There is no talk of a vote of want of confidence at present. There does not appear to be any change in the members for and against the Ministry. The division on the motion of Mr Moss re Loan was no certain indication of the feeling of the House, many members refusing to pledge themselves until the Loan Bill be brought down. Many members, if not a majority are, I understand, against any further borrowing at present. There are now so many Government measures before the House that it seems certain either that a great many will be dropped or the session indefinitely prolonged.
