BRUCE TERRACE CORNER. To the Editor.
FUDGE.
Sir, —My attention has been called to a report in your issue of the 14th inst, where you state that the ask £25 for the small corner of land required to widen Bruce's terrace. I am at a loss to know where you got your information, as the trustees of the property have not yet been acquainted with the amount of land required by the Council, nor has nny price been stated. The trustees have been empowered to arrange with the Council for the sale of the land, and until the m>tter is before the Borough Council, it is premature to discti-s tho matter in your column*-.— Yours, etc., W. BARNETT, Pro Trustees.
