THE ARAWATA COLLISION. Sydnhjy, June 22. The Marine Board enquiry into the collision between the Arawata and the Sea Nymph, on i tie Bth inst., has closed. The Boaid has found that the captain of the A'awata was to blame for navigating the harbor during the severe weal her of the night of the collision, but, in consequence of extenuating circumstances, he is only repiimanded and admonished.
