J. D. Garwood v. J. McFarlane. Claim £12 12s 2d. Judgment by default for amount claimed and coats.
J. J. Kissel v. W. Kearney. In this case, in which judgment was given at last sitting of the Court, Mr Henning applied for a rehearing, on the ground of being able to produce further material evidence. The Magistrate granted k rehearing for Tuesday next.
