A proclamation issued to-daj announces that the coronation of His Imperial Majesty Alexander 111. will be celebrated at Moscow in August next, and commands all dignitaries of the Empire to attend the ceremony.

A rumor is current here to the effect that a mine, which was intended to be exploded at the forthcoming coronation of the Czar, has been discovered under the Cathedral a< Moscow. It is further stated that eighty arrests have been made in consequence of the .discovery.
