Tuesday, March 28. Before Jubtin Aylmbr, Esq., R.M. CREATING A DISTURBANCE IN A LICENSED HOUSE. W. Widdicombe, P. Malmanche, and G. Hastier wore charged with creating a disturbance at Olphert's Hotel. The two first were fined 5s each, and the thini 20s, lie having knocked down Mrs Olphert. CIVIL CASES. C. D. Rankin v. Wro. Honey. Cla>m £2 19s 6d. Judgment by consent for amount claimed and coats. C. D. Rankin v. Wm. Everett. Claim £1 16e 4i. Judgment by consent for amount claimed and costs. D. Grant v. Johnny Billy (a Maori). Claim £,2 19s 4d. Judgment by consent for amount claimed and costs. The Court then adjourned.
