It. employs an expert and trustworthy staff to supervise and control sales in London and elsewhere, a most important element, which the grower would do well to note. It supplies shippers with particulars of the prices obtained immediately sales are effected, promptly followed by ORIGINAL account sales and remittance!?. The volume of the Company's business in London, and its well-assured position, bas -enabled it to conclude most advantageous arrangement", involving considerable reductions in Landing. Granary. and Sale Charges. OF WHICH SHIPPERS RECEIVE THE FULL BENEFIT. Recognising that Growers naturally desire to receive returns ol: their own produce, the utmost preeautiona nre taken, and have hitherto been eminently successful, in keeping every interest distinct, and in bulking and classifying the grain, with proper regard to quality, condition, and demand. SHIPPING AND FREIGHTS. Arrangements have been concluded with the New Zealand Shipping Company for a Bupply of first-class iron ships, at Fifty .Shillings per ton of 22401b, to London and the United Kingdom, and our friends are ■confidently referred to Ihe list of highclass vessels now advertisod in tho daily papers under their .flag. Where desired, arrangements can also be made for tonnage for Continental ports. STORAGE FACILITIES. In response to 'the expressed wish of numerous valued constituents, spacious and well-constructed warehouses are being provided at ASHBURTON and CHERTSEY, With a view to obviate the delays and extinguish the serious risk of damage by exposure at these important points. The above Stores will shortly be rendy for the reception of Grain, and tin order that our friends may avail themselves of the facilities thus afforded, a low scale of charges has been adopted. Only nominal Storage liuies will be ■ charged on Grain intended for shipment or local sale through the Company. AND BROKERS TO THE AUCTION -SALES OF GRAIN, &c, "Which-it intends to conduct THIS SKASON at its CHRISTCHURCH WAREHOUSES, thus affording growers an opiporturiity of securing by competition the Fullest Market Rates for their CROP S, Its COMMISSION on this Business will be 2£ PER CENT on ALL SALES EFFECTED, but No Charge will be made on lots not reaching owners' reserves, For the convenience of Clientß, the Company keeps a Large Stock of WOOLPACKS, CORNSACKS, AND TWINE on hand, which it supplies at the Lowest Market Rates. THE COMPANY HOLDS WEEKLY SALES OF WOOL, SHEEPSKINS, HIDES, & FAT For which Highest Market Rates aro invariably secured, and account sales rendered with promptitude.
