"VTOTICE is hereby given, that_at _I_N the next Ordinary Meeting of the above Council, to be held in the Council Chambers, Duvauchelle's Bay,, on Saturday, 28th January, 1882, at 11 a.m., there will be considered, in accordance with section 4, sub-section (g) of « The Public Works Act, 1880," the proposed stoppage of all that portion of the Old Okain's Bay Road, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, commencing at the western corner of section 15,437, thence running in a south-westerly direction to wuere it joins the Summit Road.
