g Thore was a fair attendance at this meeting. Mr Charles Walmesley occupied the chair. The annuaj report, which was fairly favorable, was read and approved. Votes of thanks were passed to the retiring chairman and committer). The meeting then proceeded to elect a committee for 1882, with the following result :—Messrs C. McDonald, Bates, Porham, Walmesley, Allen, J. Wright, and-Bullock. At a meeting of (lie commute, held subsequently, Mr C. McDonald was elected chairman.
