THE ALL ENGLAND ELEVEN IN CANTERBURY.
This match resulted in a draw in favor of the All England, who must have won had there been a third day's play. The visitors are by far the best team that have been here, and gave a grand display of cricket. The match was well attended, 6000 people being present on the first, and 5000 on the second day.
