IRISH TROUBLES,

London, January 10

The search for arms in the proclaimed districts of Ireland is being rigorously carried on by the police. At Cork yesterday an extensive seizure of rifles ana other weapons which had been concealed in a vault was made. A quantity of dynamite was also found in the same place and was confiscated by the police. The oolice to-day effected the capture at Mill street, Dublin, of some members belonging to a secret society, which had projected the wholesale murd r of farmers who continue to pay vent. The leader of the band, who was arrested ia*.t month at Macroom, County Cork, turned informer, and thus enabled the police to effect the capture of his confederates. THE CLOTURE. It has transpired that at a recent Cabinet meeting Ministers have Had under consideration the measures to be proposed next session for the reform of procedure in the House of Commons, and it is further known that at to-day's meeting of the Cabinet it was finally decided, to propose tho adoption of the cloture when the same shall be demanded by a simple majority of the House. THE MARQUIS OF LORNE. January 11. It is announced that the Marquis of Lome will return to Canada at an early date. SEIZURE OF ARMS. A further extensive seizure of arms has been made by the police at Tralee, in County Kerry, and Clonmel, in County Tipperary, Ireland.
