Valuations will be made prior to offering for sale, and all lots will be protected up to valuations. Our Wool Sales Department will have the immediate attention of our Mr James Wilkin, who will personally overlook this branch of our business, and as we act as Selling Brokers only, it will be a guarantee to our clients that their interests will be studied to the utmost extent / All Account Sales rendered, and proceeds paid with promptitude. No storage is charged on Lots held over. No commission will be charged on Lots unsold, and all Lots held covered by Fire. Insurance during the time they are in store.
