Okain's 'Riding Election.—Judgment was given by tho Resident Magistrate on Tuesday in the matter of the late enquiry into the validity of the County Council election in Okain's Bay Riding. The Magistrate said that after due reflection he had determined to pronounce tho late election invalid.
