A charming water-color drawing has been made of the township and scenery, which is photographed and attached to the lithographic plans. A large colored plan has been prepared, and can be seen at tho Auctioneers, where lithographic plans can be obtained. In order that intending purchasers may visit this charming spot, and judge for themselves, it is proposed in a short time to organise an excursion, leaving in the morning, and returning to Christchurch in the evening.
