Wiggins, who is leaving Akaroa, to Sell by Auction, at his residence, Joiie street South, on Tuesday, tho 29th inst., at noon, The whole of his very superior and useful Household Furniture and Effects, comprising— Handsome horse-hair suite, consisting of sofa, gentleman's easy chair, lady's ditto, and six spring-seated chairs, repp couch, colonial sofa, large pier glass, bookcase, 100 table, card tables, cano chairs, gentleman's arm chair, lady's easy I ditto, bright steel fender and fire-irons, eight-day clock, cheffonier, curtains, pictures, ornaments, lamps, etc Superior pianette, by Bord, music stool.
