Qualification fee to be paid the night of general entry. Nominations to be sent in writing to the Secretary, stating age and previous performances, not later than Dec. sth, Acceptance and general entry, Dec, 17th. District horse means the property of bond fide residents in the district three , months previous to the races. District to be a line from Port Victoria to Gebbie's Flat.
