Srn, —Could you or any of your readers inform me, if an elector can vote for candidates in two different ridings the same day, at the coining election for the County Council ? As there are different opinions about this matter, perhaps you could kindly give the necessary information. — Yours, etc., ELECTOR. .
[An elector can vote in any riding in wliicti his name appears on the roll; consequently, if his name is on the roll of two or more ridings, he lean vote''in , all those on the same day. An elector on any one roll can be nominated a? a : councillor'for any riding in the county, but he'can only vote in tliose ridings in which his name appears on the roll.— Ed. AiM.] •
