There are no changes to report to-day in money or produce markets. At the wool sales to-day 8,200 bales were cataligued, and a fair demand was experienced for various lots offered. It is announced that negotiations in regard to commercial relations of England and France, which were adjourned yesterday will be resumed on the 24th inst., when delegates will reassemble at Paris. October 2. The London observer of to-day announces that the British Treaty committeeswhen propos ng an adjournment of negotiations which were proceeding at Paris, took occasion to give emphatic assurances that they did not feel that eithar a rupture or suspension of the parleying had arisen, and added that they simply suggested an adjournment to facilitate an ultimate agreement. Paris. October 1. Telegrams are to hand from Tunis, reporting that in. consequence of recent successes at Kairwau, a large force of French troops is now advancing on that place.
