"XT OTI CE is hereby given, that tho _J_N Okain's Bay Road Board propose, in accordance with " The Public Works \ct, 1880," te stop all that piece of road, containing by admeasurement five acres, more or less, and known as part of the Old Okain's Bay Road, situated in the Okain's Bay Road District, in the County of Akaroa, commencing at the west corner of section 15,487, thence running in a south: westerly direction, dividing sections 19,371, l!),5"4(j, 34,51G,20,95G, 19,547, and 19,3G3, for a distance of 50 chains, more or less, to where it joins the Summit Road; as the same is delineated on plan, and colored green.
