The s.s. Hawea left Port Chalmers on the 26th Sept., at 2 p.m., and arrived at this port at 5 20 a.m., on the 27th inst. She sailed again at 6 2C a.m. on same day. Her cargo in and outwards was of a miscellaneous description. The ketch Amateur left Lyttelton on Wednesday the 28th inst, and arrived at the Government wharf yesterday morning. She had fair weither fiom Port to Port. She will leave for the Head of the Bay to-day and there load a cargo of firewood for Lyttelton. Tho Lily Denham sailed on Wednesday evening. Tbe Antelope left Lyttelton with a full cargo on Wednesday morning, and had northerly wind and fair weather. She arrived here at 4 a.m. yesterday, and left again, for the Head of the Bay to discharge a portion of her cargo. On her recuru trip she will again call at the wharf, Tbe Steamer Wanaka left Lyttelton yesterday morning af a little after 11 a.m. aid arrived here at 3.15 p.m. She discharged and loaded a small cargo and left again for the south one hour after arrival. The U.S.S.Co. had put her on as an extra boat for this trip.
